To find computers connected to your PC through a network, click the Navigation Pane's Network category. Clicking Network lists every PC that's connected to your own PC in a traditional network. Clicking Homegroup in the Navigation Pane lists Windows PCs in your Homegroup, a simpler way to share files.

In the Internet Connections window, right-click the active Network Adapter and select Properties. Step 3. Uncheck the box of Internet Protocol Version 6 on the list and click on OK to save the change. Step 4. Restart your computer to take it effect and see if the issue - can’t see other computers on network Windows 10 is resolved. Solution 3.

If network discovery is enabled, but you still can’t see other computers on a network, you may need to whitelist File and Printer Sharing in your firewall rules. To do this, right-click the Windows Start menu and press Settings. In the Windows Settings menu, press Update & Security > Windows Security > Firewall & network protection.

On the security tab, click Advanced sharing. Click Share this folder, then click Permissions. In the Permissions window, select the Users to which you want to share the folder. You can access the shared folder from other machine as \\PCNAME\Test. Now when click Network on File Explorer all your PC's should be visible in Computer and Network sections.

Open Control Panel > Go to Network Sharing > Change Advanced network sharing > make sure to Turn on network discovery on private/public/all networks Turn on media streaming as well on Change Advanced network sharing (Make sure to allow all media devices)

If you have Macs or Linux computers on your network, you will see them listed only in the “Network” section. Below the list of network computers, most probably you will see a list of media devices you can access. If you double-click or double tap a computer from your network, you will see what that computer is sharing with the network.
