To find or change your WiFi network name and password:

  1. Open the My Spectrum app on your smartphone or tablet and sign in to your Spectrum online account, if necessary…
  2. Select Services…
  3. If you want to change either your network name or password, select Update.
  4. Enter a new network name, password or both.
